Mohammad Reza Aref, in a meeting with a group of industrialists and entrepreneurs from Yazd, said:
“The government trusts you; that’s why it is delegating part of its responsibilities to you.”
In other words, you have both the opportunity to take action yourselves, and the assurance that the government will make sure no one stands in your way.
Aref, referring to the numerous meetings between the 14th government and industrialists, explained that the main goal is to solve problems and boost production. He added that delegating authority to the provinces—especially border provinces—and facilitating the import of essential goods are among the government’s other plans to ensure that affairs proceed faster and without obstacles.
He also pointed out that both domestic investors and Iranians living abroad are ready to invest in implementing the Seventh Development Plan, saying:
“Just loosen the grip of bureaucracy a little, and the path will open.”
In conclusion, he described the capacities of Yazd Province and the unique business culture of its people as a true spiritual asset, and he urged industrialists to make use of scientific and technological capabilities—including artificial intelligence—for the country’s development.
During this meeting, the problems facing the industrial sector were discussed, and the industrialists’ suggestions for improving production conditions in Yazd Province were reviewed.
